Marketing Associate

Backed Finance is a new and exciting company on the cutting edge of regulated crypto. We are a team of driven and talented individuals passionate about bringing traditional and blockchain-based finance together.

We are looking for an all-round B2B2C marketer to join our growing team and help manage our go-to-market strategy and beyond. As a start-up, we are agile and constantly evolving, and we are looking for someone comfortable with change and excited to be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing marketing strategy, creating marketing content, and ultimately growing awareness of Backed and its products to increase our market share.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the Head of Marketing on the overall strategy, creation, and execution of marketing plans.
• Update and maintain websites and social media channels.
• Develop media marketing strategies and other campaign activities.
• Develop and produce content and marketing collateral.
• Measure and report on performance, ensuring all marketing and communications support business objectives.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Strong copywriting skills, able to simplify complex information.
• Experience working with Webflow, Keynote, and graphic design software.
• Bonus: experience working with marketing tech, such as Google Ads, Mailchimp, DSPs, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and process-driven organization skills.
• Curious by nature and an autodidact.
• Able to efficiently work remotely, but also able to attend ad-hoc meetings and work with team members in-person in London Zones 1-2 as required.
